Who are Network Auto Electrics and what do they do?
Who we are in more detail.
On leaving school in 1981 I started a 4 year apprenticeship with London Transport working on their PSV bus fleet in various garages in the Selkent (South East London & Kent) area.
After finishing my apprenticeship I was taken on by London Regional Transport as it was now known and upgraded to one of thier fully trained Craftsmen and continued working there for another year.
In April 1986 it was time to move on and start a new career working as a Mobile Auto Electrician for a franchise company working in the South East and South West of London also the surrounding Home Counties.
This continued for a further 4 years until they decided to consentrate all their efforts fully into the then brand new mobile phone sector and dropping the mobile vehicle repair side of their business.
So in 1990 after parting company I took over complete control of all aspects of the day to day running of the business from booking in and fixing customers vehicles, also the invoicing and the admin aspects as well.
In October 1992 it was time to replace the Ford Escort van which had served us well for 4 years for a larger vehicle and a Mitsubishi L300 SWB panel van was purchased and transformed into a mobile workshop.
